Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your order comes in multiple packages the 14 days starts after the last package is delivered.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at sodacrackerskids@gmail.com. Email us with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and a picture or video with evidence of the problem or defect. 

Conditions for Refunds:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Item Received: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.


In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item.

  • Incorrect order: If you ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you want a replacement, or if you would like a refund instead, we will refund the original product price. We will not replace any initial shipping costs incurred 
  • Size/Fit: The product does not fit correctly. We recommend ordering a new product if you’d like a replacement. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We will not replace any initial shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please use registered mail with an online delivery tracking number for returns. If the returned order cannot be tracked during transit, a safe reception cannot be guaranteed by us.

Customers are responsible for tracking their return shipments. Once your return has been delivered to us, please notify our team by sending an email to sodacrackerskids@gmail.com with the order number and tracking number. We will inspect the return and process your refund promptly (if return is accepted).  Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.  

Returned packages without an authorized return address will not be refunded or exchanged. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sizing: Refunds and/or exchanges will not be accepted due to sizing issues that are a result of customers not reading sizing charts on product pages. Please allow 1-3 cm discrepancy due to measuring errors. We recommend that you choose the size that corresponds to your baby's height and weight per the sizing chart rather than their age for a more accurate fit. 
  • Fabric Odor: Clothing items that carry fabric odors may not be eligible for returns or exchanges if the product itself is not damaged or defective. We strongly recommend that customers first attempt to address the odor issue through washing or proper aeration. Strong odors can sometimes result from factors beyond our control, such as the nature of the materials used, storage conditions, or environmental factors. These odors are not indicative of a product defect, and they can often be effectively removed by laundering, airing out, or using appropriate odor-eliminating techniques.
  • Incorrect Purchases: We do not issue refunds for items purchased in error. We strongly encourage our customers to carefully review their selections before finalizing their orders. If you have any questions or need assistance with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for items due to buyer's remorse.
  • No Issue Found: If the item is returned and our inspection reveals no defects or damage, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
  • Screen Monitors: Please note that variations in display settings across different monitors can result in slight differences in appearance. Therefore, we do not accept refunds due to these minor discrepancies.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
