Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

We currently only offer Standard Shipping: This takes 8-10 business days and costs a rate that is calculated at checkout. Shipping is $5.99 on all orders under $60.

Free Shipping:

Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping!

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website. W

Please note that the shipping times listed above are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors.

Changes to Your Order:

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order or shipping address once it has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us immediately at sodacrackerskids@gmail.com if there is an issue and we will try to work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and issue a refund. Soda Crackers Kids is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Additional Information:

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or international shipping processes.
  • We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method for your order.
  • Please note, due to the current global climate, we are not responsible for any shipping delays/mistakes/ or otherwise inconveniences from your local last mile carrier.
  • An order with more than one item may arrive in different packages on different occasions as well for the reason above. We are currently streamlining the shipping process to facilitate a better experience for our customers.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping
